hi i purchnased  the game on ebay but can't seem to find the product code anywhere on the case or manual can anyone help me the seller claims that the game was not installed on their PC as the specs were wrong so the key should not have been actiated ....can anyone help me,

The key code is indicated at the bottom of the leaflet in the manual.

hi thanks for your help but it says the code is not valid..do you have anymore ideas that i can try..and how many letters and numbers should there be

The game code is printed on the black and white, folded installation sheet. "Installing the game" and "Starting the game"

It can be on the top or bottom, front or back.

5 sets of 4 alphanumeric codes (20) separated by dashes. Try it without them.

hi the only sheets in the box were  the blue and white sim city key commands sheet , and another sheet re- sigining up for a newsletter... no installation sheet was enclosed..... it there anyway of finding the code in any fo the folders on the disc

So we'll assume your first code attempt wasn't a 20 digit alphanumeric code.

Your only recourse is to contact the seller, or ebay. The original retailer might have had a code list but once the case is open, that's usually it.

What is the error message you see when redeeming the key? Also, is it the first time you're using this code or did you previously redeem it?
