Hi everyone,

The game has now been released in all regions. If you are still experiencing issues with SimCity showing as "Not yet released" in Origin, we would like to ask you to try the steps listed below:

If your game icon is greyed out, please try the following:

• Refresh the Origin Games Library
• Log out and close Origin
• Restart Origin and log back in

If the issue remains, please contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/contactus

You will need to log in with your Origin account and choose "Origin", "Billing/Purchasing" and "PC" to see all available contact options.

If there is no phone support or live chat available at the time, please scroll down below the Answer HQ box to check our live support availability for your region.

Hi, I'm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, according to the release info, I'm part of the North American release, it's now 7 am March 5th, and Origin stll informs me Game not released yet. No other info.

I preordered the digital deluxe version back in January.
