how do you breach a door on medal of honor warfighter

If you engaging a door you are able to breach, a pop up for the breach action should appear. Keep in mind that you can only breach special doors in the campaign. You have only the kick option from the beginning, once you starts the campaign. More options can be unlocked by obtaining headshots on enemies taken by surprise from the breach. Every 4 headshots unlock a new option.
