directX installing error on Mass Effect 3

I downloaded the game but at the beginning of the installation "DirectX Setup Error: An internal error ocurred" occurs, and the installation does not continue.

I have the latest version of directX (12), I have reinstalled Origin, I already ran as administrator, I have already separated all the .cab files, I have already reduced the level of user control.

NOTHING worked.
Anyone lost around can help me sort it out?

So you deleted the "*.cab" files under ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\directx\redist"?

Did you run the "DXSETUP.exe" (As Administrator) in the same folder after you moved the "*.cab" files?
