Hi. mine isnt working its exactly like the other persons. i cant go online and when i press go online nothing happens my wifi is just fine can you please help me

Well with sims 4 if ur offline u can't go on the gallery so basically I am missing out on an important part of sims 4. Help me please

I'm having the issue and it told me to uninstall my game.  Now it won't let me reinstall it. :/
