Unable to authorize the listed DLC [ Edited ]

Hey I'm getting unable to authorize the listed DLC for Mass Effect 3 for From the Ashes DLC, please login  to my Alliance Account. I have purchased the DLC, and my account is logged in, I don't know why I'm getting this message. Please fix this issue.
