I also just had to fix this by clicking repair. I just installed the game!

EA, please, stop releasing games on Origin. Steam is PC gaming.

Yeah, I hate this Origin *.  I even got Steam giftcards for Christmas cause I knew I wanted Mass Effect: Andromeda... but alas they don't even want us to buy their game through Steam :-(

So I had the PhysX error and fixed that by reinstalling from disc. Then I got the Release date check error and and ran the repair but now I have the PhysX error again!!!!!!!!!!! 4 hours wasted on trying to install a game I have played over 400hrs on via origin and I still can't play just because I had uninstalled it 5 months ago.

What do they mean exactly about right clicking on the Game panel? I don't know what that is. What is the game panel? Is that in Origin? Thanks

- Right click the cover of ME3 > Repair.

Worked for me. I downloaded ME3 Digital Deluxe version from Amazon. I have Windows 10. The game is too big at max resolution for my little 13" laptop connected to a 40 inch monitor using HDMI:

ASUS ZenBook UX303UB 13.3-Inch QHD+ Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core i7, 12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Discrete GPU Nvidia GT940M, Windows 10 (64 bit)

but does a nice smooth job with the 40 inch HDMI monitor 2560x1152 full screen.

Except there is no option to repair. My other games have it but my Alice 2 has no such option. You see this is what now turns me off with gaming in general. They are so concerned about not getting ripped off that they totally take the fun out of for paying customers. It's not enough that you bought the game and entered the code that comes with the disk. They want you to jump through further hoops with this release check nonsense that don't even work. Then to add insult to injury you can't even find a human for help. And yes, I did boot in to safe mode and it still don't work. That was a stupid suggestion anyway the game should run on Windows period. I buy less games because of their obvious stupidity.

Set your system time to July 31, 2012, then start the game and make a save.

Close the game and set your system time back to the actual time > test.
