Mic bug in ME3 Multiplayer (PC)

So, I've scoured the internet trying to find a solution for this problem, only to find the actual page talking about it gone, or no one else having this problem.

Basically the problem is that only the leader of the multiplayer can hear everyone in the group. So, I can hear the leader, and the leader can hear me, but I can not hear anyone else in my group, and everyone (besides the leader) has a red mic next to their name. This is also a new problem as we have played for quite some time without this problem coming up. 

Any ideas? Solutions? Our mics all work outside of this and like, I said, this has been a recent, rather annoying, problem.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)

If that don't helps, make sure the game is closed, then rename the "GamerSettings.ini" under "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\Config" to "Old_GamerSettings.ini" > Start the game and test.
