Mass effect download content from Xbox 360 to pc

I was wondering if it was possible to transfer my xbox 360 game content i bought, to my pc origin account. I bought all the games and dlc and was curious if i could transfer them to the pc version. 

Would i have to buy them again on pc?

Unfortunately you'll have to buy them again.  Only certain items from Mass Effect 2 transfer over.  Nothing for Mass Effect 3.
