Mass Effect: Citadel fails on Silver Coast Casino: Infiltration

Whenever I start the mission, a nav point for "Stall the Guard" shows up but when I try to leave the area to follow it, the navpoint disappears and a new layer of film grain shows up. If I return to my starting point, the Varren Racing Pit, the nav point will reset and start to move again, but when I leave, it will disappear and a new layer of film grain adds onto the previous layer, making it even grainier. This will continue to happen every time I return to the Varren Racing Pit.

currently on a new play through and am having the same problem. was there a fix out or some thing.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)

found the solution. just dont play any of the games in the casino.

This sounds like a work around. Personally, I've never experienced this issue. You can also try to turn off the film grain in the options. That may help. However, I'm glad you found something that works for you!
