Mass Effect 3 crashing after Mars mission

After you kill Eva Core, gather up your wounded teamate, and escape Mars, Mass Effect 3 crashes in the loading screen. It says "Mass Effect(TM) 3 has stopped working". I need help. What is the problem?

How is it that this is just simply being ignored by EA?
