Mass Effect 3 Wont Launch

So i've seem to have the same problem that so many have had before me. I purchased Mass Effect 3 from Origin few days ago. I downloaded and installed it, but when I try to launch it from origin the origin window disappears, the mouse cursor appears to load something for few second and then the origin window reappears. After that nothing happens.

Tried fixes:
Shutdown origin, replace the two dll files, rebooted system, ran origin as administrator and tested the game.
Installed origin and ME3 to default location
Tried the "repair" function in origin
Shutdown "origin in game" and "cloud save" from origin
Moved the Mass Effect 3 folder from Bioware to desktop.
Reinstalled origin and ME3
Closed windows firewall and tried the game

Tried reading topics from this forum for hours

Nothing helped. Is there something else I could try before I try to reinstal windows.

in the meantime you probably reinstalled Windows?

So yes I reinstalled my Windows 10 pro. I only downloaded/installed latest win 10 updates and graphic card drivers before I installed Origin and ME3. And the game LAUNCHED!! Gona start installing other programs and software to my PC and see if the game stops working again.
