I know that I'm a little late to the party but hopefully I can get some help. Every other Origin game I have runs perfectly normal but whenever I try running Mass Effect 3 it loads to 100 percent and nothing happens. I run on windows 10 and I've tried downloading the dlls, changing to windows mode, etc but nothing helps. I really want to play this game so hopefully I can get an answer soon.

@limbusy Thanks for the post. Can you try going to Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32 and launch MassEffect3.exe. If this doesn't work, you can try launching it as administrator, or even try compatibility mode. If you right-click the .exe you can get the administrator/compatibility options.

@EA_David I tried both of those and nothing was different from what normally happens when I tried running it before.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format, also go to your Reliability monitor (Press the windows key and "R" at the same time and copy or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in > ENTER and look if it has ME3 entries.
If yes double click at the last one, copy it to the clipboard, (Bottom left corner) save it to a text file and load it up together with the DxDiag. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
If that don't helps, go here > download the "awc ME3" folder and replace the "EACore.dll" and the "awc.dll" under ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32\Core" with the downloaded ones.

There are newer drivers for your GPU available, you should install the newest version. (Do that after the steps below)
Also there are severe Windows update errors:
Post the resuming message of "sfc /scannow"
