Mass Effect 3 (PC) - Unable to connect to EA Servers (via Origin)

I bought the ME Trilogy back in August, and it has never worked right for me. I've looked through all the forums and attempted several different "fixes", but to no avail. When I start ME3 through Origin, it gives me the following error:

"Error - Sorry. This account is currently invalid. Please try again or review the account details."

Then after it fails to connect to EA Servers I get this message:

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. ME3: Content Patch 2 DLC Module. ME3: Content Patch DLC Module. Mass Effect(TM) 3: Extended Cut."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the Origin client and ME3, I've reset my password in Origin, I've verified I can log into EA, Origin, and Bioware websites using my Origin account, and I don't lose connectivity with Origin during the whole process. On Bioware's webpage, it shows my PC Origin ID: WasteSpace13, however it gives me this message:

"Your EA/Origin account needs to be updated. Re-sync your online profile(s) to fix this problem."

When I click the hyperlink provided I recieve this error:

"No profiles were found associated with your EA/Origin account."

I can message people on my friends list through Origin while on ME3, yet cannot get any DLC or any other such Online connectivity through the game. One fix stated that I should go to the Origin website and "Redeem Product Code" for my already purchased game, but when I attempted to do that, my confirmation email doesn't have a serial/product code for me to redeem.

I really shouldn't have to work this hard to get a product I paid for to work properly.

It looks like the best way forward is to contact an advisor as holger states. However, I have a few questions about the nature of the issue that may help.

If you click the the ME3 pane on your My Games page, and then the information "i", can you see the product code there? if you scroll down on this page are there the various DLC options? If so, can you pick any of the free ones? I take it that you're launching the game through Origin and not anywhere else on the desktop?

Well, I´m not wastespace, but as I´m having identical problems, I guess it doesn´t matter if I also answer.

Yes, I can see the product code.

Yes, I can download the free DLC (yet the game doesn´t let me use them when installed).

And yes, I only launch the game via Origin.

Please, even the slightest clue could help me, as I´ve been desperated trying to fix it since some months ago.

All I want is to be able to play the multiplayer, that´s why I bought the game.

Hi belucard, thanks for the response. Sorry for not directly addressing you previously.
Taking a look, from what I can see there are a couple of token differences, and yours seems like a connection-based issue rather than the possible account-based one that wastespace describes. Have you tried going to the BW website, and if so do you get the ""No profiles were found associated with your EA/Origin account." error?

Can you list some of the steps already taken, just so I don't wind up going over the same stuff unneccesarily?

Well, I always get that error at Bioware´s site, and I tried the re-syncro.

When I talked to an advisor, he told me to try launching the game without Firewall and antivirus (Avast), and it didn´t work.

I also tried the clean boot, and same result.

Finally, we did the uotrace test, and the advisor told me the case would be transfered to a specialist, but I still have no notice.

I had this problem some months ago, and I was said it was because of my connection (and it was truly crappy), but now my connection is WAY better, but the problem´s still the same.

So, another week passed and nobody knows what the heck has being forbiding me to use the online features of my game.

Even if I'm doing necroposting, I won't stop until I discover what the heck is going on.

I asked a friend to try play multiplayer on his PC with my account, and it worked, but when I tried it in my PC, I got again the same message about logging in with the proper account, which I was already doing.

Please, if you've got the slightest hint of what the heck happens to me, I'll gladly thank you.

This problem has not been solved even after a year!!! Even when i got a new computer. Anyone?
