Very well. I tested everything you had stated and the message given in Sfc was as follows.
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
I am putting up the new DxDiag and Reliability up now.

Well, it seems that the new nvcuda.dlls are correctly installed.
Do you have the Retaliation DLC? If so close Origin, then move the "DLC_CON_MP4" folder out of the ME3 DLC folder. (>drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC) > test.
If that don't helps, try this:

The suggestion did not work and the message is as follows.

Ok, now this gets complicated.
The nvcuda.dll error should be solved with the measures we already took, because that is not the case and this is a problem with two games I assume that there is a problem in your Windows installation.
The problem is that this is a remote diagnostics, and so I can't be 100% certain. (There is a problem with your DISM image for sure)
To resolve the DISM problem you would need to downloaded a Windows 8.1 ISO with a install.wim or install.esd.
Alternatively a repair installation of Windows could help too. Here is a link to a rather good guide I found.
Note: A full backup of your important data is strongly recommended.
I do not know your system, so a fresh installation might be the easier option.
