ME 3: Xbox Live Privilege Limitation 2017

Well i got to download the multiplayer access code earlier today and when going to play a match a message pops up on the 360 that says "Xbox Live Privilege Limitation". Now I read many answers but none solve the issue, even the ones that say to add on the Origin client the new version 10.4.2.12697-0 don't show any options to add the Xbox Live or PSN account.

Anyone got a tip or guide to solve this issue in 2017?

Same here on Xbox One, downloaded Online Pass but nothing...
