Conversation with Kelly Chambers to unlock Prejek Paddlefish intel
Prejek Paddlefish are transferred to Shepard's Cabin (OK displayed)

On Intel terminal in Liara T'Soni cabin
Prejek Paddlefish Upgrade (Does not display)

Attempted fixes:

On Origin client:
1. Repair
2. Uninstall / Download Install
3. ME3 DVD Install

Installation tried on
Windows 7 64bit
Windows 8 64bit

Disk De-fragmentation, Disk Check

Started a new game with ME2 import

Encountered No change
Prejek Paddlefish Intel Upgrade on Intel Terminal
does not display

Anyone ideas to a solution?

I don't know what's causing the problem, but using a third party tool like Gibbed to edit your save file could fix the problem.
