When I go to try to play ME3 Multiplayer the console gives me an error message that says that the disc needs cleaned and to restart the console though that is not the problem because when I went through my fiancee's account on my Xbox 360 I was able to access the Multiplayer portion of the game. Also before this most recent problem I have not been able to play as an Asari Justicar or be in a game / lobby with someone who is playing as one and it kicks me to the dashboard. I know its not the console itself so perhaps it has something to do with the servers. Please fix these issues so that I can continue to enjoy Mass Effect 3.
