Gunsmith achievement not unlocking

This is the last achievement that I need in the game. Somehow the progress is stuck at 10/10 but the accomplish and the achievement won't unlock no matter what I do. I have many guns in multiplayer and campaign that are level 10. I've tried new saves, recovering my gamer profile, hard cycling my consoles. I've recently tried unlocking it on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One to no avail.
Please help?! I really want to 100% this game, is there any way I can manually reset the progress so that I can get it? :/
