Game Breaking Leviathan Glitch

When I finish Leviathan the Normandy won't load properly. I turn around out of the communicator room (no conversation with hackett) and outside of the room its nothing but stars. I can move around but I can't interact with anything. I now have 2 saved games stuck at this point. Please help!

Right click ME3 in the Origin library and select the repair option.

Do you use any mods?

Did you edited any ME3 "ini" files? 

 

Run "scandisk" at your game disk.
