Firefight pack dlc

Hey all, 

i bought all the dlc's the other day and started to replay my mass effect 3, i had enough points to spare so i got the firefight pack and the alternate appearance, now when i logged in today it says the dlc: firefight pack cannot be found, and i cant access my save game or anything. Then when i go back to the store it is telling me to buy it again when i have already downloaded it. Please any help would be appreciated
