Contacting EA support from a country not listed

I need to contact EA support.
Before, it was easy, live chat.
I had 2 issues fixed like this, easy, quick.
But I can't find anymore this option.
EA support ask for my phone number but I'm not living in America.
So I tried to select help from another country.
I live in Indonesia. I tried Singapore (nearest country in the list) . But, the answer was "Sorry, No Channels are available". And it's like this since 2 days.
EA sent me an email. Useless. Like they didn't understand my issue. I tried to answer this mail, but not possible. Box mail full.

My questions.

Is it still possible to access chat live?

If not, where can I send an email?

Do you have a phone number for Indonesia?

If you don't get a live chat option change the answers to the question you are asked at the start. Also look at the business hours for the region you try to contact. 

If this fails and call becomes the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice for this call to reduce the cost. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number  +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
