Citadel DLC: missing squadmates.

So I left the Citadel DLC for last. Besides this DLC all I have left to do is face the Cerberus Base. So I did the whole missions and then got some messages to meet up with some of my squad mates. The last message I got was from Jack... I'm still missing Wrex, Grunt and Cortez... maybe possibly Kasumi? I just can't trigger them no matter how many times I leave, reload to fly around the Normandy. I barely have any side quests left to do.
