Can't log-in to Mass effect 3 servers

Hello

Ok, after 7 - 8pm my time (GMT +1) I can't log in to Mass Effect 3. Game says you are offline and servers are unavailable. Same thing happened to me yesterday. But today in the morning it was fine.

Pls help.

Ok I call  EA support. Someone try to get my account. Funny thing is that I was chatting first with some one from EA but this person didn't have a clue what's wrong but when I  call them my case took like 3 min to solve. Oh well I'm happy that my account now working.

Same problem here.... and yet I see people on my XBox friend list playing the game.

I had the issue earlier in the day, but reloading the game allowed me in.

Now, not even rebooting the XBox, router and modem has fixed the issue.

Recently I've only really had this problem during Challenge weekend periods.

I can't help but wonder if there's a connection with the new character release.

Servers getting overloaded perhaps?

I'm on PC, I can see all my friends playing without any trouble.

Yesterday after couple of hours game let me in again, today I get message "error server is offline please try again later" over and over again.
