Can't get ME 3 to download from disk. Says code has been used

I bought a copy of the  ME trilogy on disk from amazon. Seems to be EU instead of North American if that matters. It loaded the first two games no problem, no problem with the serial number from the first disk check. Put in the ME3 disk one and it wanted to verify the  serial number. Put it in and it says code has already been used. How do I get it to accept the serial number for the third game?
