I have all free DLCs, there was nothing wrong when I downloaded them.

Thank you. Just to get one last detail, can you grab a demo or free game from the store, as a test? You won't need to download anything, but I want to see if your account can make the free "purchase" in its current state.

Just so I have the right info, have you ever had content removed from the account, or was it ever involved in an account merge.

I can grab free games, demos and trials. There was nothing wrong, they are in the order history :/

There was nothing removed from the account and it wasn't involved in account merge.

The Citadel purchase should have gone through now, can you see it on your account and start the downloading?
