Campaign cloud saves on xbox one

I'm trying to start a new game on mass effect 3(xbox one). So I create a character and then it asks for storage and the only option is cloud saves. So I choose it and a screen pops up saying "items on another xbox are waiting to be uploaded for this game or app. To use cloud storage, sign in to the box you last played on and upload the items to the cloud." But I don't have that xbox anymore so what do I do?

I would suggest you contact Xbox support. This seems to be an Xbox problem, not a problem with the game.
