Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Binaries" folder and run the "MassEffect2.exe" as Administrator. > test
If that don't helps, is your Mass Effect 2 "Save" located folder under "C:\Users\>your user name>\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save"?
