On the house expansions not free?

Can't download the expansions while its on the house.

It's making me get bioware points in order to get the expansion dlc's or am I just wrong in what an expansion is?  I'm assuming dlc like that to unlock kasumi or the shadow broker would be considered expansions because of the bonus levels.

Look here under ME2.

The DLCs under "Cerberus Network Downloads:" are included in your game.

The DLCs beneath that under "DLC:" are not free and must be purchased.

@TinkersSword There's some fuzziness/debate over what counts as an expansion. Some only consider larger content packs as expansions, whereas others consider smaller packs as expansions. 

In any case, the On The House version of ME2 doesn't come with the DLC/expansions for the game. You'd need to get bioware points to buy this content.

Yes, sorry and thank you for the correction. I always think of the Cerberus content as part of the base game when I played it back in the day, but it is a pack of DLCs.
