If you want to import a ME1 character to ME2, go to your ME2 "Save" folder (under "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2" and create a folder with the name "ME1". (without the quotes) inside the ME2 "Save" folder
Then copy (not relocate) your ME1 save games into that folder. > Now ME2 should "see" your ME1 character.

Um, what if you don't have a Mass Effect 2 folder at all? I've looked under this address, E:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games,
but there is nothing for Mass Effect 2. Its gone. I can launch the game just fine, but now I can't install the ENB or nothing.

I've looked there too, nothing. When I search Mass Effect 2 in search bar on the start menu, nothing appears. I don't know what to do.

My Start menu search did the same thing when I did a search for "MassEffect2Config.exe" and I copied the name of the program directly before searching. I was able to use the search function though, here are the steps I took:
1. Click the start button.
2. Copy "MassEffect2Config.exe" into the search box.
3. Click "See More Results".
4. Click "Custom..."
5. Select the drives you wish to search. (I selected "Computer".)
6. Wait.
