Mass effect 2 on steam and DLC

I recently bought Mass effect 2 deluxe edition though steam in a bundle and it has the Cerberus key. I used the key though the main menu when i started the game in steam and then read that I should of done it through origin. I am wondering is there a way to still get access to the DLC or do I have to buy it all over again to play the DLC?

You can download the DLCs here.

Please notice that only the content from under "Cerberus Network Downloads" are included in your game, the DLCs from the ME2 "DLC:" section will not work until they are purchased separately at the BSN side.
