Hi!, recently i bought mass effect 2 digital deluxe edition on steam, the thing is that that version has three DLCs: Digital deluxe promo key, Digital deluxe Cerberus key and Digital deluxe game key. All the DLCs worked except the last one, Digital deluxe game key. But when i try to reedem it, it says that the code that i put was wrong, but i copied the code from the steam library, so it can´t be wrong. Please i want my code to reedem it the sooner the better, thanks.

Sorry, no one here can do anything for you.
The AHQ is for player-to-player self-help and game play discussions.
We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...
The only people who can help with account, log-on, purchase, entitlement, or refund issues are the EA Game Advisors.
You can reach them at help.ea.com/contact-us.
Provide the Game, Platform, Issue, Short Description, and select "Chat Now".
ProTips:
1. Be at your gaming rig.
2. Be logged-on to your EA/Origin account (unless that's the problem, obviously.)
3. Be able to spend 10-30 minutes "on hold" before reaching someone.
Good Luck!

Additional to @ThandalNLyman, where did you try to redeemed the keys? On the BSN?
The "Digital deluxe game key" is the Game key for the Digital deluxe edition, the content of this edition should be included in the Steam download.
What content is missing?

You've been syked, EA actually released all of the ME1 and ME2 DLCs to the public, you didn't even have to buy the deluxe or whatnot.

The DLCs for Mass Effect 1 are now included in both the Steam and the Origin version of the game.
For Mass Effect 2:
Only the DLCs under "Cerberus Network Downloads:" are free to use. The DLCs under "DLC" musts still be bought beforehand. They will not get authorised in game if you don't own them.

Well. I didn't for ME. And that's why I posted the link. You can download every ME and ME2 DLC on there. That's why I said syke.

No problem, I just pointed out that this ME2 DLCs:
Genesis
Arrival
Overlord
Lair of the Shadow Broker
Kasumi – Stolen Memory
Firepower Pack
Aegis Pack
Equalizer Pack
Alternate Appearance Pack 1 (Garrus, Thane, Jack)
Alternate Appearance Pack 2 (Tali, Grunt, Miranda)
are not free, they still must be bought before you can use them.
Since recently there are also DLC bundles for both ME2 and ME3 available in the Origin Store.
