Mass Effect 2 problem

I've been having problems with my mass effect 2 saves because when I save manually it's there but when I end the game and get back on the save is no longer there that's not a problem with the auto saves thought but I would like fix this problem for other reasons so if anyone has any ideas of how that happened and I can fix it I'd love to here them

@disaster902 Are you using Origin? Does disabling cloud saves help? If you check the game details page in Origin there should be a Cloud Storage tab. Check this and untick the box that you'll see, then try to save again.
