I install all of the folder like I say before.
But, I fix the error in this form: I download the dll "d3dx9_39.dll" in 32 bit and 64 bits, then copy the dll (try with both but only serves one, the 32 bits dll in my case) in the folder of the game (not core), where the executable is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Binaries"... Then put/paste the dll and fix it.
All this with Origin close.
Hope can help anyone with the same problem.

So you already installed the "DXSETUP.exe" from ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\redist\DirectX"?
If not do so.
If you did, go here, download the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and install it.
If that still doesn't help, please report back.

Hello Buddy.
1) Simply restart your computer. This may solve the missing DLL issue.
2) Download the d3dx9_39.dll file from the mother board cd.
3) Download the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Always update this software
