Okay, so I read that sticky on proper formatting, but I don't know how to find technical specs and whatnot for my computer, I'm a casual gamer at most, so yeah.
Basically, I got Mass Effect 2 as an "On the House" game and whatnot. I downloaded it all and connected to Cerberus and all that. However, I wanted to access the Genesis content, because this is the first ME game I've played. I couldn't find it in the game, so I went to a Help article and it gave a link that I clicked. It downloaded fine, but now I can't launch the game.
My attempts to contact Live Chat Support have gone unanswered for a combined total of... oh, five or six hours. I have no answer at all from them, so I'm turning to you guys, to help.
The game worked beautifully until I tried to get the Genesis content, so how do I make it play nice?

Was that a EA help article or a third party one?
Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair)
You can access the DLCs in Origin. Click the Game cover in the Game Library > Extra content > scroll down.
To access Genesis you need to play through the intro sequence.

Are you logged on to the Cerberus network in game?

The "Cerberus network" is marked as "Unlocked" under "Extra content"?
