I want to buy the M.E2 Digital Deluxe Edition. It is available on the Origin store but not from where I live in Japan. Will it be released to the Japanese Origin store?
Can I buy it when I go home to New Zealand for holiday?

Yep, you can buy the DD in New Zealand and then access the game/extra content from any region.
