How can I tell if Mass Effect 2 DLC installed correctly?

I have a steam version of ME2 with Arrival, Genesis and a couple other DLC's.  Those work fine.  I bought Kasumi - Stolen memory DLC through BSN and downloaded it to my ME2 folder and ran the installer.  But when I go into the game it doesn't list it on the cerberus network screen and checking the achievements has nothing added about Kasumi.  I don't want to get 20 hours into this game before finding out what I bought isn't there.  Is there supposed to be an indication that it is?

Please help, I don't want to buy the Overlord pack if I can't get this working.

You should get an in game email and you should be able to recruit Kasumi on your first trip to the Citadel. (possible after "Freedom's Progress" and Shepard taking command of the Normandy.)

Yep, it takes a while to get past the start of the game but you get the email once you're on board the Normandy.  Thanks.
