Dantius Towers Service Elevator Crash [ Edited ]

So every time I go to the Dantius Towers service elevator, the game will crash everytime. If i set the game to windows borderless I don't hear any sounds but I see the elevator ( not moving ) then it crashes. If I set it to fullscreen I cannot see the elevator just the crash message but I CAN hear the elevator doors close and go up. Im using Windows 8.

@josliao Hey, can you try a repair of the game? Right-click the game panel to get this option, hopefully a quick once-over will find and fix the issues. 

If this is ineffective, do you have any mods installed?
