DLC menus don't work

Hi,

I've purchased Mass effect 2 Digital Deluxe edition on steam and couldn't play any dlc content (clicking 'new content available' or 'open EA online store' wouldn't do anything except making a sound)

I've installed the game on Origin with the CD key and now clicking those 2 same menus open a new window with an error saying "Application can't be found" (see picture).

Connection with the Cerberus network is OK and all the DLCs folders are present in the Origin Game files.
