Cerberus Network Key not showing up in registered game content...

Hi, I've recently had a problem accessing my DLC in Mass Effect 2. I needed a new Cerberus Key to activate my DLC, so I am unable to play my current playthrough. Naturally I found out that you can get new download codes on the Bioware Social Network, but every time I tried downloading a new Cerberus Key it would not show up in my registered game content. So I can't access anything on Mass Effect 2 because of the lack of Cerberus Key, and I can't get a Cerberus Key because the content won't show in my registered content. Help?

You don't need a code. Once you activated it from the page I linked, it's registered to your account. You can then find the content here: https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

The Cerberus Network itself should not be listed in your list of registered game content. Instead, registering Cerberus Network should list all the associated content in your list (e.g. Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site).

Where did you activate Cerberus Network? Did you click 'buy now' on this page? -> https://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc (Note: you're 'buying' for free.)

Okay so... my main problem now i finding the cerberus key. I did buy it from there, but I guess the only problem now is finding how to access the digital code so that I can register it in game.

OH. This whole time ive bee frustrated, and its for a stupid reason lol. Thanks so much! I should be able to reactivate my dlc be signing in, I get it now. :P
