[xbox 360]Can't download EA games after account migration

Hi. Like in subject. I have migrated from Germany to Poland. Games are available in my new Region.
I have Mass Effect and Kingdom of Amalur. I bought these games but never really played. Now that i have time
i just can't. Microsoft support can;t help me. Deleting corrupted files , clearing cache and all other things they tell you to do doesn't.
Maybe there is problem with license ... i don't know that's why i want to ask here and now, What is going on ?
