So after re-installing, trying out other service packs, repairing via origin client, I still have not been able to play my me1 from the trilogy i just bought. Please help

What version of Windows are you using?
Also, for clarity, can I confirm that you've tried running ME1 in Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode?
