I bought a cd copy og mass effect one in the shop. i would like to know if there is any way to activate it since i dont use a cd drive.

I recently bought the first game digitally and they say that I can add the CD code but it is not included on the list that is capable of doing that.  The company I bought it from said to use some classic EA activation service?  I wasn't sure about that since it wasn't my Origin account.
