I mean like, what have you tried?  What OS are you running?  What graphics card?  When you say it doesn't launch, does it do anything at all?  (For example, in Origin maybe it shows the ME launch screen, or maybe it shows the cloud sync window.)

I'm not trying to be snarky here (ok, I was with my first response) but you really need to give as much information as possible.  "The game does not launch" could be caused by any of a large number of things.  Your computer could be powered off or your mouse not plugged in (I know that's not what's happening in your case, but I've worked IT for years.  I've SEEN this.)
