I would like to redeem old Mass Effect key which was added to polish game magazine CD Action. Unfortunately, the client throws out an error "the key has already been redeemed". I tried making a new case, but this feature seems to be abandoned, it only redirects to make a call page...Which makes no sense because I won't be able to provide the proof of purchase this way anyways. I've already had such issue in the past, which was quickly resolved by providing necessary proof via email. Is there a way to contact support to have new case created(and hopefully quickly resolved either by receiving new key or having the game directly added to the library)?

I am sorry, but Help.ea is the only way to get in touch with EA Advisors. You can change your country in the upper right corner, to see if other options are available.
