I am asking this on behalf of my boyfriend, who is currently at work and I'm trying to be nice and solve his game issue. He bought the Mass Effect Trilogy and installed it on a laptop a few months ago while he did not have access to his desktop. The laptop was not capable of running the game properly, so he uninstalled it. Now, we have his desktop back and are trying to install the game (from disc), but get the message the code has already been used. The game also does not appear on his origin account to install from there and he doesn't know why. How can we install the game to the desktop computer?
