cannot access mass effect

site keeps saying I am offline. cannot play or load mass effect 1-3.

@abbcccddd Hi, I take it that your Origin is offline? You'll need to be on an online PC to play the games for the first time.

Can you try closing it down then restart it as administrator and see if this has any effect? I'd be interested in whether you can see the store page from within the Origin app too.
