activation limit

bought mass effect 1-3  on origin a few computers ago....downloaded 1 an3 three so far on my new laptop...3 works fine but when 1 try to play one it wont let me and says activation limit is reached. how do I correct this

The game has a limit of five activations and an activation is used up every time it's installed on a new computer or when the hardware of a computer changes.

You can get an activation back by uninstalling the game from a computer you're no longer using. (Latest patch needs to be installed or you won't get the activation back.) You can also contact EA support and ask them to reset your activations.

You can also get unlimited activations by registering the product code in Origin and downloading the game from there.  If Origin doesn't accept your product code, contact EA support and they can help you with that.
