What's in today's big update for Mass Effect 1

My ME game just update itself with a large 6GB+ update. I can't find any news as for what update is that... Very strange!

@CarlosS4444 Sorry, I wasn't able to get any info on this. I'd speculate that it was something to consolidate different builds, or get rid of a discrepancy on the backend. Perhaps after the update your version was out of date or perceived as damaged, so it redownloaded existing content to bring things in line.This is just speculation though.

I can't level up my squad and give them weapons or mods after the update...

@ji_borquez Do you have any game mods installed? if you try creating a 2nd game as a test does that encounter the same issues?

What are the changes in the game? Where is the update's description in other words?

I saw the update icon, but the patch was so tiny that it installed in a few milliseconds on my slow wifi.

I sent a tweet to BioWare. If I'm lucky I'll get a reply.

Game is broken now.

Textures are horrible, xbox controller mod is broken, at least squad (stats) and equipment screen are gone... just, WTF?

Everything works for me. You have to restart the game after making any changes to the graphics settings (which I had to do because the update reset my graphics settings). If you have inventory and squad mapped to non-default keys, check to see if they're still mapped correctly.

If it's still a mess, repair the game.

What was changed in recent patch, that were done 2 days ago? Where is the changelog?

After the update, game will not start for me. Totally unresponsive. Origin thinks it is running, but it is nowhere in tasks.
