Weapons Gone Missing

I am trying to upgrade and change weapons for Ashley character, and it's as if she has no weapon.
Whenever I choose a assault rifle, pistol, shotgun or sniper rifle for her, the game freezes.

All other characters have full weapons, upgrades and uses of everything, but I don't have a save previous to the glitch, due to over-writing and autosave of the game.

Hmm, i'd try a repair and see if that helps. On Origin, right-click the game panel to get the repair option. 

If you're using the Steam version, right click > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
